1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Travelista & Co, LLC’s group travel services. By booking a trip through our website or contact channels, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Bookings are open only to women who are at least 18 years old. By booking, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to contract.

3. Booking and Payment

A non refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking.
Final payment is due 90 days before trip departure.
If booking within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.

4. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

You are responsible for securing all necessary travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, and recommended or required vaccinations. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied entry or trip cancellation without refund.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended for all travelers to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, theft, and personal liability. The Travelista & Co, LLC is not responsible for losses due to your failure to obtain insurance.

6. Changes & Cancellations by You

Change requests must be submitted in writing at least 90 days before the trip. Changes are subject to availability and additional fees.
Cancellation refunds are issued as follows:
- Deposit is non refundable
- Any amount over the deposit paid toward trip is refundable up to 90 days prior to start of trip
- 90 days or less prior to trip: remaining balance paid also becomes non refundable.
- If you cancel your spot less than 90 days prior to the trip, no refunds will be issued regardless of reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, or changes in travel restrictions.

7. Changes & Cancellations by Us

The Travelista & Co, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, natural disasters, low participation, or force majeure). In the rare event that The Travelista & Co., LLC cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future trip.

8. Pricing & Surcharges

Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other supplier-driven changes. You will be notified of any significant price increase and given the option to accept or cancel with a refund.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, travel restrictions, or natural disasters.

10. Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, The Travelista & Co, LLC shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party providers or outside of our direct control. By participating, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, illness, injury, accidents, or natural disasters. You voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release The Travelista & Co., LLC, its employees, contractors, and partners from any liability

11. Behavior and Removal

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The Travelista & Co, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a threat to themselves, others, or the group experience. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Concerns

Concerns should be raised immediately with our on-trip staff.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.

14. Media Consent & Release

By participating in a trip organized by The Travelista & Co, LLC, you grant us permission to photograph and video record your participation. These images may be used for promotional purposes in print, online, and on social media. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of these materials and agree to receive no compensation.

15. Hotel Incidentals & Additional Charges

Guests are solely responsible for any incidental charges incurred during their hotel stay, including but not limited to:

Room service
Minibar purchases
Laundry
Damage to property
Late check-out fees
Phone calls
Upgrades requested by the guest

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Travelista & Co, LLC. By booking or attending a trip with The Travelista & Co., LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also affirm that you are at least 18 years old or, for minors, that the booking is made by a legal guardian.

17. Minor Travelers – Mother-Daughter Trips

Certain trips offered by The Travelista & Co, LLC are designated as Mother-Daughter Trips and allow participation by minor travelers aged 12 years and older, provided they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

By booking a Mother-Daughter Trip, you agree to the following terms:

The accompanying adult must be the minor’s legal parent or guardian and is fully responsible for the minor at all times throughout the trip.
The minor traveler must be at least 12 years old at the time of travel.
A Minor Travel Consent Form and liability waiver must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian prior to departure.
The guardian agrees to ensure the minor’s behavior is appropriate and that the minor complies with all safety instructions and group expectations.
The Travelista & Co, LLC reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any minor (and accompanying adult) from the trip due to behavioral or safety concerns. No refund will be provided in such cases.
By participating, the parent or guardian also consents to the use of the minor’s photo or likeness in marketing, as outlined in the Media Consent clause.
