Booking Process
Our booking process is simple and user-friendly. Select your desired trip, fill in the required information, pay the non refundable 25% deposit and your spot is confirmed. You will be sent an invoice for the balance of payment due 90 days before the trip.
Passport and Visa Requirements
Trip Inclusions
Our group trips cover accommodation, transportation, guided tours, activities, gratuities, tax and some meals. Check the specific trip details for a comprehensive list of inclusions to ensure a worry-free travel experience. International Flights and travel insurance are not included.
Refunds
We understand life happens and plans change. Although your 25% deposit is non refundable, any money paid toward the remaining balance is refundable up until 90 days prior to the start of the trip. Due to cancellation policy at our destinations, we are unable to issue a refund of deposit or booking after that point. Deposit/bookings are not transferrable to another trip. Proof of travel insurance is required to cover you in case of emergency.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the proper documentation to travel. This may include visas, immunization records, etc. After booking you will be sent the travel requirements for the destination and it will be your responsibility to ensure you obtain the documentation. Refunds will not be given for not having the required documents.
In the booking process you'll be able to add your dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please understand we may not be able to find halal meat at every destination, but will do our best to find suitable alternatives.
Traveling solo? Don't worry! This is the place to make new connections and sometimes lifelong friendships. Be open to meeting new people!
Room Assignments
We have single and double occupancy rooms available. If you are traveling solo and choose double occupancy you will be paired with someone. If you are traveling with a friend and choose double occupancy you can indicate if there is someone you'd like to room with.

Unless specified, all group trips are for women over the age of 18.

Safety
Safety is our number one priority and we'll do everything to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
There will be situations when you have free time to explore on your own. If you choose to do so, please always keep your trip coordinator informed of where you will be and be aware of your surroundings. Be a smart traveller!
Travel Insurance
Proof of Travel Insurance is required and the customer's responsibility to provide. This ensures that in the event of an emergency, you will be covered and is just an added security measure.

Group Size
Our groups will be capped at 15 to ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience. If you see a destination that interests you, we recommend booking to confirm your spot early!

Save the drama for your mama! This is a drama free zone - Negativity and drama of any kind will not be tolerated.
Going into a trip like this with the right expectations will ensure you have a good experience. You're traveling to a new country with their own customs, traditions, food, language. Things will not always be like how they are at home and may not always go according to plan - but we will always do everything in our power to avoid any hiccups.
